PRESIDENT |
You are the executive head of the Lodge. Your duties are to convene, preside and direct all meetings of the Lodge and its Executive Council, control the acts of other officials who depend upon you and see that the Laws are respected.

VICE PRESIDENT |
You are the second ranking officer of the Lodge. You assist the President and take over if the President is absent.
|
ORATOR |
You are the representative of the Law in the body of the Lodge and it is your duty to see that the Laws are observed. You will call to the attention of the President all statutory, regulatory or ritual transgression.

RECORDING SECRETARY |
You are the custodian of and are responsible for the archives of the Lodge. You must record the minutes of the meetings and read them at subsequent meetings. You must also fulfill other duties given to you by the President.

CORRESPONDING SECRETARY |
You perform all ordinary routine correspondence of the Lodge such as reading incoming mail, sending notices of Council and general membership meetings to all members at least five days in advance.

FINANCIAL SECRETARY |
You are the collector and accountant of the Lodge. You collect dues and issue receipts. At every meeting you must report the collections and disbursements. You are to notify any members in arrears with their dues and perform all other duties prescribed by Laws.

TREASURER |
You are the custodian of funds of the Lodge. You must report all transactions to the membership at each meeting. No later than three days after receipt from the Financial Secretary, you must deposit all monies received and execute all payments requested according to Law.

HISTORIAN |
Your duty is to compile and keep the records of the history of the Lodge.

TRUSTEES (3, 4 OR 5 TOTAL) |
You are the guardians of the fiscal affairs of the Lodge and as such, you must examine the financial books at least once every three months and give a written report to the Lodge.

MISTRESS/MASTER OF CEREMONIES (2 TOTAL) |
Your duties are to prepare the hall for the meetings of the Lodge and to perform the functions prescribed by the Ritual and execute the Orders of the President.

GUARD |
Your duty is to watch the entrance door during meetings of the membership and to admit no stranger without the permission of the President. You also keep an attendance record by maintaining a book where members sign names and maintain a current attendance record for each Lodge member.

DELEGATES |
You duty is to represent the Lodge at statewide meetings. The number of delegates is determined by the State Lodge at the time of the meeting. The President is automatically a member of the Delegation.
|
GENERAL MEMBERS |
Your duties are to obey and respect the authorities of the Order, to actively engage in the work of the Lodge and to pay all dues on time. |
